the only thing I like about this is the text. Everything else is simply a stalk or a render thrown onto the loading screen, and then you simply fiddled with the opacity to have some things fade in. The outerglow on the the two guys in the middle does not work at all. I've said this to other people, so don't think you're alone: Outerglow ALMOST never works well with renders. Especially if your outerglow does not blend in with your background. That loading screen needs heap loads of work to be done on it before it will look good.
